At Velanci, every order is handled with care. Before leaving our fulfilment center warehouse, our team personally inspects, packs, and secures each item to make sure it meets our quality standards. We want your order to arrive exactly as expected, and with fully trackable delivery, you’ll always know where it is.

Worry-Free Delivery (Shipping Protection)
We offer optional Worry-Free Delivery at checkout. If selected, eligible orders may be protected against loss, damage, theft, and certain delays under Seel’s terms. You can remove this option at checkout if you prefer. For full details, visit: 

Domestic/Worldwide Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • During this time, each item is inspected by our fulfilment team before dispatch.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT are processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing high order volume, processing times may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Custom Products
Made to order; please allow 5–7 business days for customization and processing. Because each piece is personalized, returns or exchanges aren’t accepted unless there is a quality issue.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Once processed and shipped, Delivery Times:

  • United Kingdom Orders: 8–10 business days after dispatch
  • International Orders: 8–10 business days (depending on location and customs)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs clearance, or seasonal demand).

Standard Worldwide Shipping: Free

  • All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
  • There are no hidden fees — the price you see is the price you pay.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Tracking

  • Every order is shipped with full tracking information.
  • A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment center.
  • You can track your package at any time, from dispatch to delivery.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

For returns outside the UK, please mark your package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges. We are not responsible for returned customs fees.

Change of Address or Cancelation Requests
Change delivery address: Email support@velanci.com within 1 hour of placing your order.
Cancel order: Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this, cancellations may not be possible.

Incorrect Addresses & Refused Deliveries

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.

We validate addresses, but we cannot guarantee delivery if the address is incorrect.

If we are unable to verify or update your address, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Velanci is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us immediately: support@velanci.com

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Customized products are made to order and require additional preparation time. Due to their personalized nature, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Missing or Stolen Shipments
If tracking shows your item as delivered but you didn’t receive it:
Contact us immediately at support@velanci.com
We’ll file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Investigations may take up to 21 days.
Once resolved, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.
