Shipping

How long does shipping usually take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri). Once dispatched, delivery takes 8–10 business days (Mon–Fri).

You will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped.

Please note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on destination and carrier delays.

How long before my order is shipped?
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after inspection at our fulfilment center.

What is the cost of shipping?

Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide at no extra cost.

How can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

If your order has already shipped, we cannot make changes.

Can I cancel my order before it is shipped?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

After this time, orders are automatically sent to our fulfilment center and can no longer be cancelled.

I haven’t received my order.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 business days (Mon–Fri), please contact us.

Delays can sometimes happen due to customs, courier issues, or regional factors outside our control.

Rest assured, we’ll support you until your order arrives.

Returns & Refunds

Is there a return shipping cost?
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

These are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item?
Please contact us immediately with proof (e.g., photos).

Once verified, we will reimburse return shipping and issue a refund or replacement.

How long will my return & refund take to process?
We’ll notify you within 14 business days once your return has been received and inspected at our fulfilment center.

If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Your bank or card provider may take extra time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please get in touch with us.

We aim to make the return process as simple and transparent as possible.

What is Worry-Free Delivery?
Worry-Free Delivery is an optional checkout add-on powered by Seel. It may cover eligible orders for loss, damage, and certain delays under Seel’s terms.
