Refund policy

At Velanci, we want you to shop with confidence. Every order is inspected by our team at our fulfilment center warehouse before dispatch, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Standard Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Returns must be approved before shipping items back to us. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • We recommend obtaining proof of postage and tracking information from your courier, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged returns.

Return Eligibility

  • To qualify for a return, your item must be:
  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email Method

Self-service method – Return Center

  • Visit our Return Center
  • Enter your order number plus your email or phone number to begin.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for verification and approval.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and step-by-step instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including customs fees.
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately within 24 hours at support@velanci.com
  • Provide reasonable proof (e.g., photos).
  • Once our team receives, inspects, and confirms the issue, we’ll reimburse your return shipping costs and process your refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item:

Extended Holiday Returns

Items purchased between December 15 and December 25 are eligible for return or exchange until February 4 (41-day window).

  • Purchases made after December 25 follow the standard 30-day policy.

Refunds

  • We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected at our fulfilment center (within 14 business days).
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval at our fulfilment center.
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
