Repairs & Warranty Claim Form
Use this page to submit a repair request or a lifetime warranty claim for Velanci jewellery. Claims are assessed under our Lifetime Warranty and Quality Care page, and outcomes depend on the item condition, normal wear, and proper care.
Before you submit
Please review our Warranty and Quality Care and Care Instructions pages. General wear over time, scratches, plating wear, accidental damage, impact damage, water/chemical exposure, or third-party alterations are not covered as manufacturing faults.

Photo guidelines
Use bright natural light and a plain background. Make sure the full piece and the affected area are both clearly visible. Blurry or distant images can delay assessment.
What happens next
We will review your submission and may request extra photos or additional details. In some cases, we may ask for the item to be returned for inspection before confirming the outcome. If a manufacturing fault is verified under the lifetime warranty, we will offer an appropriate remedy such as repair or replacement, or another fair resolution depending on availability and the item condition.
Return for inspection (if required)
If we ask you to send the item back, we will provide return instructions. If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing fault, we will support a reasonable return cost or provide an alternative solution. If the issue falls outside warranty coverage, return costs may not be covered.
Important notes
Lifetime warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing faults under normal wear and proper care. It does not cover loss, theft, or cosmetic changes from everyday use. Personalised/engraved items are assessed the same way for manufacturing faults, but cannot be exchanged for change of mind.
