We understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our order cancellation terms below.
Cancellation window
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, orders are typically sent into processing with our fulfilment team and we may be unable to cancel or amend them.
If we can’t cancel your order, you can still use our Return & Refund Policy after delivery (where eligible).
How to request a cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible at support@velanci.com and include:
Order number
Email address used at checkout
The item(s) you want to cancel
We’ll confirm by email whether your cancellation was successful.
Orders already shipped
If your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. Please wait for delivery and then initiate
a return in line with our Return & Refund Policy (where eligible).
Requests received after the cutoff
Cancellation requests received after 24 hours, or once an order has entered processing, may not be possible.
We recommend double-checking your order details (items, size, colour, and shipping address) before submitting your purchase.
Refunds (if cancellation is approved)
Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take
a few business days to credit the funds back to your account.
