REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.

Not Happy or satisfied for whatever reason, Just contact our customer services who will be more then happy to help you assist with your enquiries of any issue and will do our best.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please Return all items with a service that provides a tracking number and is insured as we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or late packages.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. please contact us immediately: info@velanci.com. We will require reasonable proof and upon verification, we will facilitate a return and cover the shipping costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, This process should take no longer than 3 business days (Mon-Fri), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
