FAQs about Shipping:

1. How long does shipping usually take?

Please allow 14-20 days (Mon-Fri) for your order to be received. Orders usually take 2-3 days (Mon-Fri) to process, once complete tracking number will be emailed.
Times vary for destination of orders. These times are only estimated.

6. How can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Request change of delivery address: Please contact us immediately within an hour of placing the order to amend the delivery address. If the order has already been shipped then we are unable to do so. Please email us: info@velanci.com as soon as possible before the shipment has been despatched.

8. Can I cancel my order before it is shipped?

Yes, Request Order Cancelation: Please contact us immediately within 30 minutes of placing the order for us to be able to cancel the order. Please note: Orders are usually sent automatically to our fulfilment team, therefore please make sure before completing the order. Please email us: info@velanci.com as soon as possible within the specified time frame.

9. I haven't received my order?

Please allow 14-20 days (Mon-Fri) estimated before contacting us. Sometimes delays can be possible from regions, couriers and other issues out of our control. Some orders can arrive before or after estimated times.

10. Is there a Return Shipping cost?

Yes, You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

11. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. please contact us immediately: info@velanci.com. We will require reasonable proof and upon verification, we will facilitate a return and cover the shipping costs.

12. How long will my Return & Refund take to Process?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, This process should take no longer than 3 business days (Mon-Fri), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
